Nestled on a peaceful small farm in South Australia's South East, Xmas Rocks was created with more than celebrations in mind.
The meaningful & developmental experiences below are the heart of why this venue exists.
Before relocating to the South East, Jess was delivering personal and professional development workshops in the Adelaide Hills. Saying “yes” to the move meant finding a way to continue offering her transformative work, but from a remote rural property.
With no existing infrastructure, Jess and Scott saw both a challenge and an opportunity. They knew that in order to keep creating powerful, people-focused experiences, they needed to build a space that was both purposeful and sustainable. That’s when the vision for a versatile, multi-use venue was born.
These destination experiences are not an add-on — they are the reason Xmas Rocks exists. Every element of the property has been designed with intention, to offer something truly distinctive for both locals and visitors across the Limestone Coast.
While the Limestone Coast is rich with natural beauty and tourist attractions, Xmas Rocks offers something you won’t find anywhere else in South Australia — hands-on, equine-assisted workshops and immersive leadership, life skills, and wellbeing experiences that reconnect people with themselves, others, and nature.

Willalooka sits at the gateway between the Lower SE, Upper SE, and the Western Districts of Victoria — only 3 hours from Adelaide, and 2 hours from Murray Bridge, Mount Gambier, and Horsham. For families travelling the A1 from Melbourne to Adelaide, we’re just 20 minutes south of Keith, easily accessed via the Riddoch Highway.
Stay the night at the nearby Willalooka Tavern or pull up your van and enjoy an on-farm experience under the stars. Whether you're looking for a family experience, a workplace team experience, or simply craving a personal growth experience — we’re worth the trip.

Personal Growth Experiences With Horses
Please note. There is no riding involved in our sessions. The experiences involve partnering with horses in specialised activities that offer a deep and profound learning and development experience.
Couples Connection & Communication Experience
Strengthen your relationship through a unique experience focused on communication, decision-making, and deeper connection. Guided by Jess and the horses — the session includes behavioural profiling, hands-on horse activity, and a grazing platter — creating an unforgettable shared journey for couples.
Family Connection Experience
A memorable experience for families travelling through the Limestone Coast region or locals seeking deeper family connection, and some secrets in effective communication! The experiential session focuses on building trust, communication, collaboration, and understanding each other better through engaging, horse-led activities designed to reconnect your family unit.
Customised Private Group/Party Experiences
An incredible group experience for family or groups of friends! Enjoy a fun, laughter-filled group session that blends connection, teamwork, and surprising personal ah-ha moments — setting the tone for an unforgettable and meaningful experience that can be tailored to your group!

Intimate Horse-Human Balancing Sessions
A deeply personal, transformative experience.
This session does not include any equine-assisted learning activities.
Jess invites you into her private herd for an energetic balancing session, offering healing, insight, and emotional renewal. While Jess is a Level II Reiki practitioner, in this session, the horses play a central role in the re-balancing and healing process. You will receive a personalised overview of your session to take with you, reflecting what was experienced during your time with the horses and the herd.
All sessions are grounded in nature, guided with care, and supported by our remarkable horses.
