Ceremony and Reception
You have full flexibility:
Share your vows under the open sky framed by paddocks, trees and an expansive outlook
Host a sit-down formal dinner or a more informal cocktail-style reception
Reception in our weather-proof barn or sprawled across our lawn under festoon lights and our venue's fire pit
Host larger groups in our outdoor areas. Set up tables, hay bales and styling of your choice
Capture stunning photographs in our rural setting including shearing shed, Christmas Rocks lookout and upon request, have your special day photographed with our horses.

Micro Weddings Welcome
Micro weddings are one of the biggest trends in Australian weddings right now.
Not every great wedding needs a guest list of one hundred. If you're dreaming of something small, intimate, and deeply personal — Xmas Rocks is the perfect setting.
Our venue suits micro weddings beautifully. With open paddocks, gum trees, a rustic barn, and space for the people who matter most, a smaller celebration here can feel just as special. We're happy to discuss flexible pricing and arrangements for micro weddings (typically 30 guests or fewer). Chat with us to talk about what's possible.

Every wedding booking includes:
• Exclusive use of the barn and surrounding outdoor ceremony spaces
• Early access two days prior to your wedding for setup, styling and vendor deliveries
• Ceremony rehearsal access available during your setup days
• Managed professional drinks service managed by RSA staff
• Light assistance with setup and support on your wedding day to help everything run smoothly
• Freedom to camp (in a designated camping area) or glamping space available by arrangement
• Please enquire to chat through our wedding props and other venue inclusions
If you prefer a little more support:
At Xmas Rocks, you have complete flexibility over how you plan and style your wedding. You're welcome to bring your own vendors, coordinate your own suppliers, and run the day exactly as you've imagined it.
If you prefer more of the "done for you" wedding, we can provide guided planning with a wedding planner.
If you'd like someone to manage the details, we can connect you with a planner who will coordinate everything from timeline management to vendor coordination, so you can be fully present on your day.
Either way, we're here to make sure your day flows exactly as you've imagined.
